CMEF: A platform for buyers, thought leaders, and vendors

Twice every year, the Chinese International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) showcases imaging modalities, IVD equipment, and healthcare IT solutions for the expanding Chinese market.

Similarly to the event last year, CMEF Spring 2012 and accompanying conferences will again attract hospital decision makers and vendors.

It also attracts international buyers, players interested in distributing Chinese products, and foreign developers looking for Chinese hospitals to conduct clinical studies.

The 67th edition of CMEF will take place in Shenzhen in Southern China 17-20 April (http://en.cmef.com.cn), with congress-type elements such as the PACS Conference organized alongside which will again provide insight into the situation and perspectives of technology penetration, and digitization of information management, in the country’s health sector. The industry is still profiting from significant government subsidies fostering broader access to quality care.
